We have loved welcoming our students back to English this September! 📖
It has been wonderful to see how quickly everyone has settled into routines and embraced their learning.
This week: 🎬 Year 7 have begun studying Moving Images, exploring how stories can be told through film and visual media.
👻 Year 8 have entered the world of the Gothic, analysing the mysterious settings, characters and themes that define the genre.
🌎 Year 9 have started their exploration of Diversity, considering a range of perspectives, experiences and voices.
These photographs capture learning from our English classrooms during the first week back and highlight the enthusiasm and engagement our students have already shown.
We are looking forward to an exciting term ahead!
