Food Preperation and Nutrition Trip to Paris

What a brilliant trip!

41 students in years 8-10 travelled to Paris on Wednesday 28th November. After a very early start, once in France we visited a bakery where students learnt how to make croissants then got to eat them.

We had a very busy, but most fabulous day on Thursday 29th November! We had a tour of a local French food market, we visited Sacre-Coeur, the Eiffel Tower, a cruise on the river Seine, a meal at a local restaurant, then finished our night bowling.

Again we were up early on Friday 30th December for a day full or excitement at Disneyland Paris. It was a fantastic experience for all the students and we all felt full of Disney and Christmas cheer when we left.

Before returning home on Saturday 1st December, we visited a chocolatier. Students all decorated their own chocolate bar. Our journey home consisted of Christmas movies, a quiz and karaoke!

It was a fantastic and memorable trip for all.
