GCSE Exam Results Update: Summer 2017
We are delighted to announce another incredibly successful year, which reflects our unlimited ambition and passion for success for all of our students. Once again, our results are record breaking and indicate that the school is thriving and continuing to go from strength to strength. We congratulate our students on their magnificent achievement and thank the staff for their immense dedication, care and support given at all times.
We are extremely proud of the achievements of all our students, particularly given the challenges faced with the more demanding content in courses and different assessment regimes in English and Maths.

In addition to this, Wolverley is also celebrating the number of students achieving the English Baccalaureate, which has also increased and is well above the national and Worcestershire averages.
There were some stunning individual performances with the following students achieving top grades:

Lana Prest - 3A* 4A, 2 grade 8 and 1 grade 7
Emma Watson - 4A*, 4A, 1 grade 8 and 1 grade 7
*Please note that these grades are provisional and may be subject to change following appeals and remarks. Given the significant changes to the examinations system this year the national picture regarding performance is continuing to emerge. Please check the website for updates as we complete our analysis of this year’s results.
