Welcome back and a happy new year to all our students, staff and parents.  As we start a new year, I would like to update you on some of the projects to improve the fabric and operation of the school that we will be working on over the rest of the academic year and summer break:

  • Redecoration and new flooring in ‘The Hub’
  • New carpets in maths classrooms
  • Development of a STEM room in the DT area
  • New windows and facias for PE
  • Revamp of The Mall classroom exteriors and a tarmac replacement for the walkway
  • New flooring, roof and windows for the art block
  • Development of the polytunnels, outdoor learning spaces and fitness trail
  • A new phone system with improved voicemail service for parents
  • A new APP with better functionality and paperless reporting
  • A lift for the ski slope!

We continue to work closely with the local authority and with funding providers to improve the school through sustainable investment.
